Below you'll find the answers to some frequently asked questions. If however you have any questions about the products, custom posters, payment or shipping that you can't find the answer to below please don't hesitate to contact me.

Payment
Payments can be made through PayPal or by credit card.
Credit card payments are processed via PayPal, but you don't need a PayPal account to pay by credit card! Simply select 'Don't have a PayPal account? Pay with your debit or credit card, or with Bill Me Later®' on the PayPal website and enter your card and billing details.
All product are shipped after a full payment is received. If your order arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the damaged print and I will send you a replacement.
You will always receive a preview of personalised orders before shipping, only after your approval your order will be sent. In the unlikely event you are not happy with the customised design and we can't solve this by making changes to the design, a full refund will be given.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days after payment. Customised designs take a bit longer to be made, they will be shipped within a week after your payment.
DELIVERY TIME
The time your order will take to arrive at your door after shipping depends on where you live. These are the estimated maximum delivery times:
The Netherlands: 1 working day
Europe: 4 working days
North America: 6 working days
Oceania: 8 working days
South America: 10 working days
Please contact me if for any reason you need your order quicker, and I will do what's within my ability to get your order to you in time.
PACKAGING
All posters are shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube that will fit through your letter box. This ensures a safe journey for your order. You will however need to flatten your poster by putting it underneath something heavy after you remove it from its tube.
REPLACEMENTS
Should your order arrive damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product, send it to me through Etsy and I will send you a replacement.
If your order doesn't arrive at all please let know so I can track your order and send you a new one in case your order got lost.
